on Anderson Road. It is situated on a 3 acres plot with a built up area
of more than 1 lakh sq.feet. The school has well equipped labs for physics,
chemistry, and biology. It has a large, modern computer lab with
pentium based systems and is the
first school in Chennai to introduce multimedia facilities for the primary,
middle and secondary school sections. |

The school has established a reputation for excellent results both in 10th and 12th classes. Almost every year the students secure centum in the subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Accountancy in class 12 and Maths and Science in class 10. Several students from this school were recipients of the prestigious NCERT scholarships.
The school attaches considerable importance to sports and games and co-curricular activities. The school teams actively participate in the inter- school competitions on a regular basis. They have won several trophies, medals and prizes in games and athletics. The annual inter- school culturals organized by the school, brand named 'GENESIS' is considered as one of the best and most popular among the city schools. 'ACES', another inter- school culturals programme conducted by the commerce students of the school, focuses on improving the communication skills, and leadership qualities among the students. This has also established a good reputation among the city schools. The school also organizes an inter schools Arts and Science exhibition in every alternate year.
Admission Process to LKG normally starts in January and is completed in March every year. Admissions to Standard I to XII are conducted during March-May.The admissions are generally based on marks obtained in the previous examinations and performance in the entrance test and interview, wherever applicable.
